Evaporation We offer a metal evaporation facility, for depositing metals at low temperatures. The evaporation method is also used for processes that require metal lift-off in preference to metal deposition. The methods we offer are: E-Gun - High energy system for evaporation of high melting point materials Boat Evaporation - Used for a variety of reactive materials, cross contamination is prevented by using different boat materials to those being evaporated. Filament Evaporation - Used for a variety of non-reactive materials.
